French statue of Woman and Borzoi dog, signed: S CaliItem #1562 This is a classic art deco statue. Beautiful woman rendered in flowing garments, highly decorated as she walks her Borzoi dog. Her hands and face appear to be original ivory (look closely at the fine grain detail on her angelic face).The dogs appears pleasantly subservient without issues. The pieces stand nicely on a very beautiful base of original quartz marble and is signed in the back corner S Cali.
