From our very special custom iron workshop, here is a wonderful Art Deco mirror, manufactured in the detail and quality of the best French fer forge. This one has some nice gold highlighting to announce this marvelous unique shape.
Classic Art Deco scene with everything completed just right! Towering Palm trees, hunter with bow, arrow, dogs and leaping gazelles. The perfecta of Art Deco. The peach mirror has the most beautiful color and created a great mood. We had a custom slightly two-toned wood frame made for this, which also sets off the design in a very nice way. If you have the space for it, great. Also, you can see yourself coming and going in the mirror.
A beautiful and striking Art Deco mirror frame with new beveled glass mirror. The style is Art Deco, circa 1940's and would look great over a buffet, crowning a hallway or just about anywhere you might need to see who is the fairest of them all! Maybe its you? Nice flared rosewood side panels and completed with a antiqued gold leaf base to balance the bottom. A newly made beveled mirror/glass sits inside and a very nice size. All restored and ready to go.
Here is an exceptional gilt and silver leafed mirror! It is of unique quality, look at the carving, details and very deep. Maybe Paul Follot or Dominique or Maurice Dufrene? Beautiful stylized flower decoration at the bottom and all in very very good original condition. The gilt continues to possess a unique quality allowing for nuances only available from a master. This one is a keeper, so whose it going to be?
This spectacular mirror was hand made for our shop, one of kind inspired by some of the best French iron production and equal high quality as anything from the original period. Try and find anyone who can make something with this detail, so delicate yet substantial. The mirror does adjust slighting to whatever angle you might want to use. The beautifully sculpted floral work (done in iron) is magnificent. This piece would add generations of style and useful purpose.
Love these wonderful mirrors and this one has all these wonderful elements. The design is very Jugendstil, most likely WMF origin. It really shows that nice transition of Art Nouveau going into Art Deco. Newly silver-plated and restored. Also a new bevelled mirror ready to service you on your favorite vanity, dresser, piano or anywhere. Pay close attention to the wonderful metalwork, these do not come around very often.
A wonderful unique tri-fold stand up mirror. Restored condition but very original. European style for sure. Sits on four tapered legs using flamed wood veneer. This tri-fold mirror would be great in a bedroom, hallway or dressing area. It folds up nicely and the closed side has the original silk/vinyl in a quilted diamond design.
This wonderful mirror was inspired by a mirror I bought some years ago in the market. Now that we are making a few very select items for our store inventory, I decided to recreate this one. It is wonderful, using Macassar and maple wood, you can see this great shape with the stepped wood patterns on the outside and inside. The mirror has a wonderful little ledge that would allow one to feature a special piece as well. We Are selling this good looking buy itself, but let me just draw your attention to the possibility of pairing it up with one of consoles, particularly item #1056. A nice match indeed!
This is a real unique mirror, it is a piece we made in our custom shop in Argentina. I found the design originally in a dress shop, a kind of display mirror with hats hanging on. I just loved the design so much we decided to make if for our own inventory. It is a dark mahogany grain wood with lots of interesting step work. Look closely at the photos and you can see the zig-zag affect going on throughout this piece. Then to really add some personalty we tried to re-create the original bakelite stepped hooks using wood with a very special treatment. It looks slightly brighter in the photos then in real life, but think butterscotch bakelite. You can hang it as an entry piece or in a bedroom. Super duper Gary Cooper!
What a way to transform a wall! This Art Deco Iron Console bears a bold deco geometric design with dual trio scroll legs. It features a hammered and carved surface with a beautifully aged and slivered finish. The console's top and lower base pedestals are made of a striking black marble with veining in beige and various shades of gray. The matching octagonal wall mirror bears the same silvered iron treatment and incorporates a beautiful floral motif into the overall geometric design. This matching and breath-taking set would be perfect in an entry or hallway and will provide a lifetime of perdurable Art Deco glamour.
You'll be delighted every time you hang your coat or hat on this gorgeous Art Deco Macassar coat rack. Yes, it is that beautiful and it serves its purpose with great style. Made of rare, beautifully grained Macassar with chrome rails and hardware details to support umbrellas and canes. Each of the four chromed coat/hat hooks show strong Deco detailing. No, they're not your ordinary coat hook! The coat rack features a very nice tabletop and a roomy drawer underneath for gloves, keys or leash! The elegant oval mirror gives you one more look whether you're coming or going. This coatrack fits nicely in a hall or entryway and takes up very little room-space.
Spectacular with strong Art Deco styling just begins to describe this artistic console and matching mirror. Painstakingly artisan crafted of enduring wrought iron with gold-leaf metal accents. Both the large framed beveled mirror and the console feature floral and stepped geometric Art Deco details. The console, though hefty and hardy, with a gorgeous marble top and base, virtually floats in mid-air. These items are available by Special Order - either individually or as a set.
