This truly spectacular Art Deco Bedroom Suite consists of a large armoire, a Queen-Sized Bed-frame (Headboard and Footboard) and 2 matching Night-stands. The choice of contrasting wood veneers (a beautiful straight-grained macassar and a luxurious, richly burled amboyna) and black lacquered trim on this suite is Art Deco all-the-way and certainly quite stunning.
The large Armoire boasts five 16" X 64" shelves! and each of the night-stands feature a hidden drawer behind each beautifully designed door. French Modernist Bedroom Suite

Offered for the Art Deco  aficionados, is a very special French modernist bedroom suite, circa 1930's. This is no "put together set" but an original design of the highest level, both in materials and quality.  This set consists of a spectacular 3 door armoire with center mirror, original hardware, interior shelving and  all amboyna burl woods, topped off with a very unusual and original black lacquer crown with silver accent strips. This same design element caps off the headboard. A complete double or full size bed with fabulous bed rails that match all pieces as a completely integrated design with the night stands, which also mount to the bed rails.  I believe the set is completely original with minor or NO restoration. The previous owner before took awfully good care. Normally we refinish all of our vintage pieces, but this one really does not need it.  Even the original marble tops on the night stands are of a quality and color composition, with a very 3-dimensional look, simply  outstanding.  I can only say that this is a set any art deco enthusiast would be proud and excited to own and I am sure one would sleep much better at night.  The size is as follows:  bed will fit a double or full size mattress (possibly some manipulation to make if fit a queen), overall size including night stands is 90" W X 82" L X 50" T, and the armoire is 76" W X 70" T X 20"D This is an outstanding bedroom suite, ones like this do not come around often.

French Amboyna Vanity

Crafted in amboyna, with a distinctly deco look, this beautiful wood has a rich amber-color glow. This set includes the bedframe, one end table, and an armoire. Unfortunately, the vanity is not part of the bedroom suite, which is sold separately. Presented here is one of the most spectacular French bedroom suites you may ever see. The wood is all exotic Macassar with a cubist shape done in a high lacquer finish. The pictures of course do not really capture the depth of the wood grain and the luster of this fabulous set. It includes a beautiful armoire that is approx. 70" T X 70" W X 18" D. It has shelves and storage on the inside and the center doors have some drawers as well. The Bed is just fantastic with sweet end tables and original marble. The headboard is 7 feet wide and 4 feet tall, with the footboard being 58" wide and 26" tall. Right now it accommodates a full size bed, but could be made into a queen. Then there is a beautiful vanity which is 48" wide X 66" tall and 13" deep also with original marble matching the end tables of the bed. All pieces have original hardware that has been restored just as the whole set. This set is quite spectacular, with great detail to the restoration.

Please take the time to look through these photos: Czech Art Deco furniture made by the most famous company called UP of Bruno. Here is a chance to have a very complete set including 6 pieces: king size bed, 2 matching connected end tables, vanity, large armoire and matching smaller armoire with fitted drawers. The set has been completely refinished in a satin Matt finish and shows the wild figured walnut grain. The tops of all the useable surfaces have new black glass. The edges of al the pieces are rounds and some of them even scooped out to add to the feeling of curvature and voluptuousness. They really don't get any better then this. All hardware in nickel finish.
