Fantastic quality as you'd expect from Christofle. Cut crystal and silver-plate dressing set. Three large cologne/perfume bottles, two pots and clothes brush, all pieces are a substantial size for this kind of group, with the largest bottle being 6 3/4" T. It looks to be in unused condition, probably a Wedding or Anniversary gift. It comes with a fitted box and what is especially nice about this set, its quite useful modernist design pieces are not to large, so would make a great celebration gift, sitting on your personal vanity!

Wood and chrome modernist restored smoking table

Don't see many of these anymore. In fact, the design on this is quite striking and modernist. Simple lines, beautiful wood base which is connected top and bottom with shinny newly restored chrome. In the old days, people would carry these fashionable smoking ash trays from chair or room: sit back and relax.

Original French Toy Airplane with box circa 1930's, great aviation!

This wonderful Airplane or called Gyroplane made in France is in very good condition. Nice nickel plating with some tarnishing to the nickel plating on the Gyroscope. The box is not perfect, but is intact with instructions and all parts are complete. During this great period of aviation, toys like these were produced but few survive in this remarkable condition.

Art Deco Game table Chess Checkers Backgammon

What a wonderful piece of furniture. Very unique and taken from an original piece with all the earmarks of an outstanding design. Custom made for our shop, but what a table! Let me point out some features I think are very important.

Beautiful mahogany wood octagon table top (rounded edges) on a wonderful inlayed column with a very significant stepped base. (easy to get any legs under this table). The inlay on the base and boards some "real" ivory and some beautiful woods, with slight patina. The top has one side for chess and the other with a felt top for playing cards. if you remove the top, you will find a wonderful backgammon board.

There are 4 inlayed separate trays evenly spread out on all sides of the table. These could be used for chips, games pieces or cocktails. This is a table that is screaming to be used, enjoyed and appreciated.

Macassar Art Deco Game Table

Here is a wonderful Art Deco Collection original. We recently had this nice custom game table made. Never seem to be able find many cool ones out there to buy. This one is spectacular. Intense Macassar wood and very well organized. Chess for the top, take off the top for an afternoon of fun Backgammon, if that is not enough, reverse the top and you've got a great green felt card table. Of just a great modernist table! So whatever games you like to play, this is the table that will do it all.

Outstanding Original Art Deco fitted leather Dressing Box English

We are offering here an outstanding dressing case and complete from top to bottom. This one has fortunately been protected with a a fitted green canvas case cover (with leather trim and initials "MC". The leather case is impeccable, hardly a scratch. Looks like the kind of case that was kept in the closed most of its life, hard to see any wear at all. When you open the box, you are surrounded by wonderful fitted items for travel. Probably sold at one of the fine boutique shops from Bond Street in London, England.

Fabulous Art Deco Game and Card Table

Great looking game/card table. The top is all inlaid with contrasting woods and there are little cubby holes (4 of them) under each side. The table swivels and becomes a very useful green felt card table (maybe that's what the cubby holes are for). Nice thing about this table, is a very small footprint for such a useful addition to your home. Very stable and all 4 legs have brass tips. Anyone ready to play some games (non computer)?

Now this is a very unique box to keep some of your prized possessions. Art Deco enamel box in a gold tinted gilded finish with very strong black and red modernist design. The inside has an original soft fabric, probably originally used as a keepsake box for jewelry and special things. I think I'll keep my remotes in it (someone said). Unusual tri-fold stand up antique mirror

A wonderful unique tri-fold stand up mirror. Restored condition but very original. European style for sure. Sits on four tapered legs using flamed wood veneer. This tri-fold mirror would be great in a bedroom, hallway or dressing area. It folds up nicely and the closed side has the original silk/vinyl in a quilted diamond design.

French Art Deco Modernist Piano Light possibly by Adnet

Here is a wonderful chromed piano light. Great design and done of the highest quality. Bronze with chrome metal, very heavy and substantial. All of the pieces are fitted together with great precision, simplicity and elegance. The adjustment is allowed using the basic modernist design of the balls (front and back) holding up the metal lighted hood. The hood is newly painted white so it can reflect plenty of light. An Asymmetrical point of view, works visually and in every other way. Could also be used as a lighted form in a vertical position. This is where form + function + art all come together, obviously designed by someone with intent on creating a visual masterpiece maybe to go along with the piano masterpiece, we can only hope.
